Where does the merchandise come from?
We are selling:

OFFICIAL merchandise from the brands’ own official stores in China or from the partners licensed by the IP owners

Fan-made merchandise we handpicked from different vendors mostly located in China, but possibly from some other places in the world
What payment do you accept?
We only accept Paypal for now. We may include other payment methods in the future.

What is “Fan-made” Merchandise?

Fan-made merchandise are products/items made by fans or other vendors (but the IP owners). Please note clearly that fan-made merchandise definitely are NOT OFFICIAL and are probably sourced from various suppliers. The products are not created or licensed by their corresponding IP owning companies but they are legally allowed by the companies.

In addition, unofficial products are, of course, not quality-assured by the IP owners – please do note this if quality is your utmost concern. On the other hand, our team at gexporters always try our very best to source products with suppliers who have received good reception from customers. Having said that we cannot guarantee the quality of deliverables and by no means to be responsible for the quality of the actual products you receive.

In gexporters Shop there are very prominent tags showing Official Merchandise and Fan-made Merchandise in the product descriptions in order to make sure you are clearly informed. Counterfeits will never be on our shelf therefore in gexporters Shop you cannot find cheap replicas of official figures.
What countries do you deliver to?
We ship to almost all countries/regions in different continents. Please check Shopping Guide > About Shipping for more information about the fees for different destinations.
What is the difference between Standard shipping and Express shipping?
We try to be transparent to consumers here – the international delivery with the Standard (economical) shipping offered by our humble shop is not a very instant and direct service. The flight itself is short but before that the logistics company would schedule your parcel to join the others in a big lot to the same destination country. Then there may be a lot of local routing even it has arrived the distination country before heading to your place.
No matter what shipping method you pick, there is still some processing time beforehand. Express shipping will not bring any advantage to the processing stage. Please check Shopping Guide > About Shipping for further information.
